Refund and Returns Policy

The warranty process – KarCom Used Ltd

1.1 All quality used parts are covered by a 14-day *RTB warranty starting from the time of purchase.

1.2 In the event a quality used part is deemed faulty, the client must inform KarCom Used Ltd within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Subsequently, a warranty claims form will be supplied to the client, which must be completed in its entirety and returned to KarCom Used Ltd along with said goods.

1.3 All warranty claims are RTB.

1.4 The item returned to KarCom Used Ltd must have the original warranty stamp visible on the part, and, must not be modified, in any way.

1.5 Exemption: In the unlikely event an engine, gearbox, or differential has been supplied is faulty, for a successful warranty claim, proof of the oil change will need to be provided in the form of an invoice/receipt, as well as, proof of purchase for the relevant filter, where applicable.

Used part return – KarCom Used Ltd – UK Only

2.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, effective June 2014, the client has the right to cancel an order any time before despatch, or within 14 days of receiving the goods. If a cancellation is requested after receipt of the order, it is the client’s responsibility to return any unwanted item(s) safely to KarCom Used Ltd.

2.2 KarCom Used Ltd must receive the goods, in original, unused and un-opened condition, including any packaging and fit for re-sale.

2.3 KarCom Used Ltd reserves the right, to charge a handling fee of 25% of original order value for any cancelled or returned goods. Transportation charges will not be refunded and the original cost of transport, if paid by KarCom Used Ltd, will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Goods damaged in transit – KarCom Used Ltd – UK Only

3.1 In the unlikely event that the client receives damaged goods, KarCom Used Ltd, must be notified within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

3.2 The client will be provided with details on the returns procedure, KarCom Used Ltd will arrange either a full refund or exchange, subject to an inspection upon receipt.

Goods incorrectly supplied – KarCom Used Ltd – UK Only

4.1 If the client is the recipient of the incorrect goods, KarCom Used Ltd must be notified within 48 hours of receipt by the client. Photographic evidence will be requested, and if KarCom Used Ltd is deemed to be at fault, the client will be provided with instructions for the return/refund process.

New parts – KarCom Ltd

5.1 Once an order has been placed, goods cannot be cancelled, returned or rejected under any circumstances.

Vehicle sales – KarCom Ltd

6.1 All vehicle sales are in accordance with English law if sold in the UK. For export sales, there are no warranties or guarantees and all vehicles are, sold as seen.
